Alejandro Sánchez Kalbermatten

    He graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and obtained postgraduate studies in the field of Aeronautical and Space Law (INDAE), Oil and Gas Law (UBA), Advanced Negotiation (Berkeley University of California) and in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law (UBA). He counsels and represents individuals as well as national and foreign companies. He was an advisor to the board of YPF SOCIEDAD ANONIMA and a director in some of the most important subsidiary companies of the oil company. He was the creator of the Sports Sponsorship Program of the ARGENTINE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION (AFA), and legal advisor to the AFA and its National Teams during the World Football Championships of 2002, 2006 and 2010, carrying out trademark and intellectual property defense of the brands and intellectual rights of the governing body of Argentine football.
