Patricia Noemí Apesteguy

     She graduated from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) and obtained postgraduate studies in the field of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). She focuses on the treatment of complex crimes. She works as a lawyer counselling and representing individuals as well as national and foreign companies. She is Director of the Disciplinary Council of the ARGENTINE SPORTS CONFEDERATION (CAD). She has written numerous case-law articles and participates in the following institutions: Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital City (CPACF) and San Isidro Bar Association (CASI). She also masters languages. She is a skilled negotiator at both national and international level. She has intervened in the most important cases in the Argentine Republic and abroad: Drug Mafia, Campaign contributions, Triple Crime, Ephedrine Case, FIFAGATE, SKANSKA, DIA% supermarket worldwide scam, “x” Projects, Once Tragedy, Container Mafia, Maradona. vs. Mancuso Case, complaints before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and DOJ (Department of Justice) based in Washington DC, appeals before the IACHR and Inter-American Court.
